The restaurant specializes in xiao long bao, or Chinese dumplings, made from scratch with no prepackaged food or preservatives. The staff worked tirelessly before the opening to bring their best food to the community. The restaurant offers a variety of drinks, including Thai tea and Thai tornado. Located on Bullard Avenue, Jingle Bao aims to diversify Fresno's dining options and contribute to the local culinary scene. The Big Fresno Fair has partnered with Watch and Wager, LLC to bring harness racing back to Fresno, making it the only approved live harness racing venue in California. Watch and Wager will operate the races, which will primarily be held on weekends at the Brian I. Tatarian Grandstand. The return of harness racing is seen as an investment in the future of the Fairgrounds and the Central Valley, with plans for races to be broadcast worldwide.
